In order to protect our staff and clients, we are doing everything in our power to comply with social distancing by limiting 1 on 1 interaction.

As a result we are proud to offer the following options:

Web Meeting

We have created a new way to deliver our unique tax experience through Webinars. Allowing you to see your tax return from the comfort of your home as we review it with you.

 

All you need to do is:

  • Register Online
  • UPLOAD, email or drop-off all of your tax documents 
  • We will contact you once the return is completed and schedule a time for your online meeting
  • You can chose to:
    1. Pick up your return
    2. Receive it by email 
    3. Have it mailed to your home (extra cost)
  • You will also have the choice to sign your documents: 
    1. In-person upon pick up
    2. Through DocuSign (our secure electonic signature platform) *prefered*
    3. At home via email (scan signed documents and send to our email)
  • You will receive a scheduled email to join your web meeting 
  • We will review your return and answer any questions you might have

Review via Phone Call

We are open to review tax returns through scheduled phone calls.

 

All you need to do is:

  • Register Online
  • UPLOAD, email or drop-off all of your tax documents 
  • We will contact you once the return is complete and schedule a time for your phone call
  • You can chose to 
    1. Pick up your return
    2. Receive it through email 
    3. Have it mailed to your home (extra cost)
  • You will also have the choice to sign your documents:
    1. In person (upon pick up)
    2. Through DocuSign (our secure electonic signature platform) *prefered*
    3.  At home via email (scan signed documents and send to our email)
  • At the scheduled time of your appointment, we will call you to review your return and answer any questions you might have

Secure Email (no review required)

For clients who do not require any review or have any questions about their tax return, we can deliver their return electronically by email.

  • How To Video's Register Online
  • UPLOAD, or email all of your tax documents 
  • We will contact you when the return is complete 
  • Any forms needing to be signed will be sent via email using DocuSign
  • Once all forms are submitted and payment has been received we will send your return via email

In-Person Meeting

In order to continue providing our unique tax experience we are continuing in-person appointments with the following option:

  • Register Online
  • All clients are asked to DROP OFF all tax documents in-person IN ADVANCE or UPLOAD their documents using our online registration form IN ADVANCE.
  • We will complete your return & contact you. Then schedule a short meeting to review and to answer any questions.

Drop-off & Pick-up

For clients who DO NOT want to use our electronic services, DO NOT require any review, or DO NOT have any questions about their return. They can pick up from our office.

  • UPLOAD, email or drop-off all tax documents in advance
  • We will contact you as soon as the return is complete and ready for pick-up
