Once you are done, Click Book Online Now at the bottom of the page
You will be asked to make notes on the appointment. Please answer all questions. You will then be required to read our Appointment Policies and Cancellation Policies. Click Ok to confirm the appointment.
You will then be forwarded to a resources page where you can print off a checklist and view other documents or resources that may be applicable to your appointment. You will also be sent an Email confirmation with an appointment attachment to upload the appointment to your phone. You will also get appointment reminders before your appoinment. Making it easy for us to complete your Income Tax Return.
At O.B.S. Financial we work hard during tax season to accomodate your schedule. in order to do this, our staff works well in excessive overrtime, sometimes up to of 90 hours per week. So scheduling, and keeping your appointments is what helps us keep your costs down.
We understand that things come up. As we will be sending you appointment reminders to help you keep your appointment, we only ask in return that you notify us as soon in advance so so we can use that time to serve other clients in cases where you must cancel. You can cancel your appointment online upto 24 hours in advance of your appointment at no charge. In cases where you do not have 24 hours, we will try our best to re-use the appointment for other clients. However if we are unable to do so, you will be charged as a no show.
Our fees are based on a time and expense model. We use average time of appointments, preparation, communication and followup time to determine our rates. In order to maintain low rates, we must charge for additional appointment time, communication and customer follow up. So when you are scheduling your appointment, please take into consideration that the more time you schedule, the higher your minimum fee will be.
In order to ensure our accuracy, and make sure you pay the least amount possable we ask that all clients complete our registration forms. New This year are 3 seperate forms, one for New Clients, One for returning Clients and ones for Deceased Clients. Additional Forms may be required based on you answers and Tax Situation
